Hi! Today's skirt was supposed to be for Christmas, but it didn't look good on me and some mean comments from my mother made me forget about it. Some days ago, I re-made it and I'm happy with this beauty!
Hola! La falda d'avui havia d'estar feta per Nadal, però no me quedava bé i alguns comentaris una mica cruels de ma mare varen fer que l'oblidés durant un temps. Fa uns dies, vaig refer-la i ara estic encantadíssima amb ella!
For the first version, I used this tutorial from a pair & a spare, but gathered skirts don't flatter me and the result wasn't good. For the second version I used a Burda pattern that already worked in the past: #117 from April 2013 (my first try using this pattern is here). I just moved the zipper from the center back to a side because of the fabric combination and the fit is awesome and very comfortable.
Per la primera versió vaig seguir el tutorial de a pair & a spare, però aquest tipus de falda no m'afavoreixen gens. Per la segona vaig utilitzar un patró Burda que ja sabia que me quedava bé, el model #117 d'abril de 2013 (aquí hi ha la primera falda amb aquest patró). només vaig canviar la cremallera del centre a darrera a un costat per l'efecte de les dues teles; s'ajusta perfectament i és comodíssima.
It wasn't easy to sew with my leg like that (I had surgery a month ago), but it's healing quickly and I just bought a new summer dress pattern and can't wait to try it!
No va ser fàcil cosir amb la cama així (vaig tenir una operació fa un mes), però s'està curant ràpid i acab de comprar un patró per fer un vestit d'estiu preciós. No puc esperar a seguir cosint!
